Green Beetz, a NYC nonprofit, tracked individual donors, DOE funding, and grants in separate places, with no single view of where the money stood.
What I owned
- Scrum Master for a five-person team: ran three Agile sprints from scope to delivery.
What the agents did
- None. This one was a human team.
Result
- Donor, DOE, and grant funding consolidated into structured boards and two executive dashboards, configured through the Monday.com GraphQL API.
- A Stripe donation-to-donor integration designed.
- An estimated $15K–$25K of work delivered to the nonprofit at no cost.
